The
ERB Three Zone Band Oven Burner is specifically designed
to meet the needs of band ovens where a three-zone adjustment of the flame
space may be made laterally, along the burners either at the front, center,
or rear. The burner bodies are cast in unit lengths. They are designed
to compensate for unbalanced heat conditions sometimes found to prevail
in band ovens and provide a simple and effective means of directing the
burner high, low or balanced along any of the three zones of the burner.
The burner flame space is made up of our patented stainless steel ribbons
which are meshed together to form a multiplicity of burner ports. This
construction produces a sharp blue flame covering the entire length of
the flame space. The ribbons will neither corrode nor oxidize and the
burners have proved to give long and trouble-free operating life.
Designed to compliment the single flame band oven burners,
ERB Three-Zone Burners allow for easy adjustment from outside
the oven without disturbing the burner or supply piping.
All ERB band oven burners will function equally
well with the flame projecting in any position. They can be used with
all kinds of gas and with any type of gas mixing system and will not flash
back when operated at maximum capacity or at any degree of turndown. Due
to the cast iron and stainless steel construction, the burners will operate
satisfactorily in a surrounding temperature of 950° F. ERB has pioneered and specialized
